Totally "Wicked"

Still having a wicked time with this month's Stamp of the Month by Close To My Heart.  I just can't get enough of this stamp set, what is it called, "WICKED".  Halloween is my favorite holiday of the year.  I could make something Halloweenish everyday and never get bored.  There's something magical and kinda creepy about it, or it could be that I like, black, purple, green, orange and vintage decor too!  Now, I'm not into all that cutesy Halloween stuff like ghosts and monsters and stuff like that, but give me a vintage look and I'm all in.

A few months back I began stamping on candles and I'm hooked.  For the past few weeks I've been looking for a foe flame-less candle to decorate and today while I was in JoAnn's I found one.  I could hardly wait to get home and start this project.  I have a tone of stuff to do today, like finish laundry, wash, wax and clean out my car, and a lot more that I don't even want to think about.  But I couldn't help myself. As I sent my hubby out the door to work, I moved my car in the driveway with every intention that I was going to start on it right away.  As I waived goodbye, I ran into the house and went right to my room.  Am I wicked or what?

I chose this form of candle because I wanted it to illuminate my design.......Now, stamping on candles is tricky enough, but this was even harder.  For some reason the consistency of the foe candles is different from a real candle which made it hard to transfer your images without causing damage to the candle.  There are some imperfections, but I'm sure I'm the only one who can see them..... Above is the front side of the candle and below is the back side.

Products used are, CTMH August Stamp of the Month Wicked (S1108); CTMH All Hallows Eve (C1462); Jet Black Archival Ink; tissue paper, wax paper; flame-less foe candle from JoAnn's ($7.99) less 40% off coupon; and a new Halloween stamp set from my favorite gal, Martha Stewart; and don't forget the green stickles!!!!!  Gotta have that bling for her stockings and for the brew.
