Well I made it to Hawaii just in time for a Tsunami from the earthquake in Japan. The first 6 foot wave is to hit in 10 minutes. Wish me luck. The sirens are sounding and people are stacked high in the condos and hotels.
What a feeling of uselessness. Its 3:11 in the morning, very dark and not sure when this wave is going to hit. The news says that the wave is traveling 500 miles per hour, to hit the North Shore at 3:07 and Honolulu by 3:20.

ReplyDelete3:40 and we got a 2.3 surge. Nothing past the sandy beaches yet. Maybe we got really lucky.
